Healthcare Industry Consultant

We're looking for an independent consultant with hands-on experience working with healthcare companies (clinics, hospitals, care providers, or health tech). You'll join client engagements to audit workflows, identify automation opportunities, and help healthcare businesses cut repetitive administrative and patient-service work using AI.
You'll work independently or alongside our founder on client projects, contributing sector-specific insight into how healthcare businesses operate. Prior consulting or hands-on operational experience in healthcare is required.
Responsibilities
- Audit client workflows in the healthcare sector to identify automation opportunities
- Design and prioritize automation roadmaps tailored to healthcare operations
- Present findings and recommendations directly to client stakeholders
- Support Advisory engagements during implementation phases
- Bring practical, sector-specific knowledge of healthcare business operations to every engagement
Nice to have
- Experience with design thinking or theory-of-constraints methodologies
- Additional languages
- Familiarity with common healthcare software (EHR/EMR systems, patient scheduling, billing/claims tools)
- Strong analytical skills
