Tourism Industry Consultant

We're looking for an independent consultant with hands-on experience working with tourism companies (hotels, tour operators, travel agencies, or hospitality groups). You'll join client engagements to audit workflows, identify automation opportunities, and help tourism businesses cut repetitive administrative and customer-service work using AI.
You'll work independently or alongside our founder on client projects, contributing sector-specific insight into how tourism businesses operate. Prior consulting or hands-on operational experience in tourism is required.
Responsibilities
- Audit client workflows in the tourism sector to identify automation opportunities
- Design and prioritize automation roadmaps tailored to tourism operations
- Present findings and recommendations directly to client stakeholders
- Support Advisory engagements during implementation phases
- Bring practical, sector-specific knowledge of tourism business operations to every engagement
Nice to have
- Experience with design thinking or theory-of-constraints methodologies
- Additional languages
- Familiarity with common hospitality/tourism software (PMS, booking engines, CRM tools)
- Strong analytical skills
